Upsherin Session FAVS from the Flamingo in South Beach.

Family/Portraits
Sunday Morning we got together for this awesome Family Session on the beautiful beach in Bal Harbor. Everyone was a little nervous at first since it rained early in the morning but this being Florida, things got back to normal in no time! Parents were happy but Jacob and his little sister stole the show!
Mazal Tov Lior Moshe on your Upsherin!
Last week we took upon ourselves to commemorate the conventional pre-upsherin "first haircut" portrait session in the outdoors. For the first three years of life, children absorb their parents' love. Then their education takes a leap and they are ready to produce and share their unique gifts.
For a Jewish boy, this transition is marked with a haircutting ceremony—an "upsherin"—on his third Jewish birthday.
South Beach has been called the American Riviera and an Art Deco Playground for a reason. This week we took upon us to try to incorporate this theme and also commemorate "100 years to Miami Beach" by shooting a family session in the busiest and one of the most recognized places on Earth - Ocean Drive.
Although it wasn't an easy task to maneuver through the crowd and the different distractions Ocean Drive has to offer on daily bases, much on a stunning Sunday afternoon, we managed just fine...:)
Great Job Everyone!
Sneak Peak to a Fabulous Family Session. I had the pleasure the other day to photograph this wonderful family staring the charming 8 month old Maya. She was such a great sport, we hit it off right away. After taking some pictures on the boardwalk we headed to the beautiful Pinetree Park.
